Dealing with relationships and matters of justice are highlighted issues. Since a number of cycle changes take place this month, opportunities abound to move in new directions.

New Moon at 5 Libra 00, Wednesday, September 27 at 12:53 PM PDT.
This New Moon emphasizes chances to improve, enhance, and initiate significant interpersonal connections. Networking is advisable, along with building bridges, making apologies, cementing alliances, strengthening teams and other actions that affirm your bonds with other people. Aesthetic concerns or the pursuit of justice, fair play and equality may also be in the picture. This New Moon is extra relevant for people born around September 26-October 1; December 26-30; March 26-29; or June 25-30.

Mercury into Scorpio, Thursday, September 28 at 6:28 AM PDT.
Investigative efforts are favored. This combination is excellent for research, detective work, ferreting out secrets, and improving your strategy and tactics. Nonverbal cues will be more obvious. Mental Mercury can look beneath the surface and uncover scandals, corruption, hidden agendas, manipulation, emotional blackmail or power plays in Scorpio. The mind becomes a source of power-through propaganda, persuasion or an intense, incisive focus.

Jupiter turns Retrograde, Friday, September 29 at 5:12 AM PDT.
A new cycle begins in matters relating to philosophy, education, enlightenment, travel, other cultures, law courts, or moral and ethical principles. Or, you may begin a new chapter in matters pertaining to the house(s) that have Sagittarius on the cusp or intercepted. This phase will continue until January 25, 2001 (when Jupiter turns direct).

Opportunities could knock in terms of loans, business finances, or assistance from other people. This is an appropriate time to make sure your records (and behavior) in regard to taxes, debts, etc., are in good order. You might extend your influence, increase your self-mastery, or find a good balance between looking on the dark side and having high hopes and great faith.

Full Moon at 20 Aries 19, Friday, October 13 at 1:53 AM PDT.
This Full Moon emphasizes the I-Thou axis-the balance between self and other, the dance of assertion and accommodation. Negotiating skills can be honed. Enemies can be converted into allies and significant relationships may be solidified or begun. This Full Moon aspects the Sun for people born around April 9-13; July 11-15; October 12-16; or January 9-13.

Neptune goes Direct, Sunday, October 15 at 4:23 AM PDT.
A fresh cycle is indicated (lasting until May 10, 2001 when Neptune goes retrograde) in regard to matters of spirituality, beauty, imagination, visualization, transcendence, illusion, or otherworldly issues. You may make a shift in terms of the matters of the house with Pisces on the cusp (or intercepted) in your horoscope.

Saturn enters Taurus, Sunday, October 15 at 5:45 PM PDT.
This is Saturn's final sojourn in Taurus (until about 28-30 years have passed). The cosmos is calling upon us to be responsible, reliable and realistic in terms of sensuality, material resources, money, comfort, and stability. Saturn will enter Gemini in April of 2001.

Mercury turns Retrograde, Wednesday, October 18 at 6:34 AM PDT.
