When the New Moon of initiation is in Pisces, the time is right for beginning projects that have to do with imagination, intuition, spiritual matters, compassion, or healing and helping pursuits. New beginnings could involve visualization, art, beauty, nature, institutions, or anything away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.
New Moon, 1 Pisces 04, Friday, February 20, 2004 at 1:19 AM PST.
This New Moon features a conjunction with Uranus, so it has extra impetus and highlights the possibility of significant change. If you've been wanting to move in a new direction in terms of artistic creativity, spiritual practices, healing work, anything having to do with the less fortunate in life, otherworldly motifs, or visualization and imagination, now is the time!
This New Moon would be particularly significant for people born around February 19-23, May 19-24, August 22-27, or November 21-27.
Mercury enters Pisces, Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 4:59 AM PST.
When the planet of communication and commerce enters the sign of imagination and fantasy, language may become more poetic (or confused). Thinking could be overwhelmed by feelings—or could be blended successfully with intuition and information from “the vibes” you pick up. Using your hands or tongue to create beauty (singing, songwriting, playing an instrument, etc.) is favored.
Jupiter quincunxes Neptune, Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at 4:13 PM PST.
With the two planets of idealism and infinity in conflict, this is a time to beware of perfectionistic tendencies. Wanting more than is possible or yearning for the unattainable just leads to cosmic discontent. Be very clear with boundaries. Both Jupiter and Neptune can be too naïve or too inclined to believe the best of people and circumstances. Do not set yourself up to be victimized. Positive outlets for idealism could include metaphysical pursuits, travel to sites with religious or spiritual meaning, actions that make the world a bit better or more beautiful, etc.
Venus enters Taurus, Friday, March 5, 2004 at 10:13 AM PST.
Be good to your body! When the planet of pleasure enters the sign of indulgence, it is definitely a time to “Go for the gusto.” The urge to eat, drink, get massages, and otherwise pamper your senses will be strong. You deserve some feel-good activities, so go for it. Financial matters could also be in focus. The accent is on stabilization and establishing a secure base of comfort.
Full Moon at 16 Virgo 43, Saturday, March 6, 2004 at 3:15 PM PST.
This Full Moon emphasizes the tension between the big picture and all the itty-bitty pieces, between inspiration and perspiration, between reality and dreams. The challenge is to combine the two—perhaps as an artist or craftsperson, perhaps as a helper or healer, perhaps in some other way bringing a vision into material form. This Full Moon is particularly significant for people born around September 7-12, December 7-11, March 6-10, or June 5-9.
Saturn turns direct, Sunday, March 7, 2004 at 8:52 AM PST.
A new cycle could begin in terms of career, responsibility, relationships with authority figures, or your own ambitions and aiming for the top. Check the house in your horoscope that has Capricorn on the cusp. This phase will last until November 7, when Saturn again turns retrograde.
M ercury enters Aries, Friday, March 12, 2004 at 1:45 AM PST.
With Mercury entering direct, forthright Aries, people are more apt to tell it like it is. Foot-in-mouth bluntness or speaking too quickly could occur. Although this combination is excellent for debate, quick reactions, and a sharp, sarcastic tongue, it is singularly lacking in diplomacy. Verbal and intellectual competition is highlighted.
Sun enters Aries, Friday, March 19, 2004 at 10:50 PM PST.
With the entry of the Sun into Aries, people want to shine through adventures, being assertive, being first, or otherwise accenting a pioneering spirit. Recognition is most likely to come when we are being true to ourselves—open, candid, and straightforward.
