Libra New Moons are excellent times to take the initiative in bringing more beauty or balance into your life, take steps to enhance relationships, or bring more equality or justice into your world. This month’s New and Full Moons feature eclipses (solar and lunar)—adding extra emphasis to their messages.

New Moon & Solar Eclipse, 21 Libra 06, Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 8:00 PM PDT.
This is an appropriate time for new beginnings in regard to relationships, beauty, balance, harmony, justice and fairness. Since an eclipse is involved, you may have to let go of some old patterns or habits in order to make room for the new. This New Moon is particularly significant for people born around October 13-17, January 10-14, April 10-14, or July 12-16.
